Single Gen Z women outpacing men in home buying

Data from the National Association of Realtors shows that 35% of single women ages 18 to 26 are buying homes compared to just 18% of single Gen Z men. However, as a whole, the age group is struggling to keep up with others when it comes to owning a home.
