NBA Finals ticket prices: Get-in cost for Game 3 at MSG surpasses Super Bowl level
Monday will mark 9,851 days between NBA Finals games hosted by the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden. When it is time for Game 3, the series against the San Antonio Spurs could be split 1-1 or see the Knicks up 2-0 following their 105-95 win in Game 1.
The excitement in New York City for this Knicks playoff run has been increasing since the regular season and through each of the three rounds preceding the NBA Finals. That has led to a boom in ticket demand for games at MSG, with prices going through the roof.
According to Gametime, get-in prices for Game 3 are skyrocketing and reaching levels that have only been seen when it comes to the Super Bowl.
