During the 2025 NFL season, no player sold more merchandise than Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen. The star quarterback topped the NFLPA's list of year-end top-50 player sales, the union announced Tuesday.

Allen — who has ranked in the top 10 multiple times over his career — finished ahead of other superstars like Patrick Mahomes, a consistent finisher near the top of the list, and Saquon Barkley, who topped the list last year after his historic 2024 performance with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Both Mahomes and Barkley finished in the top 10 in 2025, per the NFLPA, which explained that it used merchandise sales between March 2025 and February 2026 to make the list.

Here's how the entire top 10 shook out:

  1. Josh Allen, quarterback, Buffalo Bills

  2. Drake Maye, quarterback, New England Patriots

  3. Saquon Barkley, running back, Philadelphia Eagles

  4. Jaxon Smith-Njigba, wide receiver, Seattle Seahawks

  5. Jayden Daniels, quarterback, Washington Commanders

  6. Patrick Mahomes, quarterback, Kansas City Chiefs

  7. Jalen Hurts, quarterback, Philadelphia Eagles

  8. Caleb Williams, quarterback, Chicago Bears

  9. Jordan Love, quarterback, Green Bay Packers

  10. Micah Parsons, linebacker, Green Bay Packers

As you might expect, quarterbacks led the way on the top-10 list, accounting for seven of the 10 spots. Those quarterbacks ranged in experience, with veterans — like Mahomes, Allen and Love — and newcomers — Daniels, Maye and Williams — sharing spots near the top.

Only one running back, wide receiver and defensive player made the top-10, providing even more evidence that the NFL is a quarterback-driven league.

Allen claimed the No. 1 spot by selling a ton of jerseys, including being the top international jersey seller in the NFL. He also ranked highly in youth apparel, Fathead and bobblehead sales.

Allen's presence in the top spot shouldn't come as a major surprise. In eight seasons in the NFL, Allen has established himself as a true superstar and one of the few franchise quarterbacks in the sport. He's made four Pro Bowls and was named the 2024 NFL MVP after scoring a combined 40 touchdowns.

Allen's grasp on that top spot could be tenuous, however. The leader in merchandise sales tends to change with each season, and there are more than a few youngsters breathing down Allen's neck. A big season from any of those players could vault them above Allen next season, ushering in a new era of quarterback stardom in the NFL.
