Chef Susan Bae shows off her dessert creations

Susan Bae, the pastry chef and partner at Moon Rabbit, a Vietnamese restaurant in Washington, D.C., has won the Outstanding Pastry Chef Medal at the 2026 James Beard Awards. Bae joins "The Takeout" with her culinary creations.
