Houston man didn’t threaten ICE agent before being fatally shot, lawyer for witnesses says

Eyewitnesses say Lorenzo Salgado Araujo did not threaten ICE agents before he was shot and killed during a vehicle stop, an attorney said, contradicting an agent's account.
