The Enhanced Games were held on Sunday, May 24. The notorious event in Las Vegas, Nevada, featured competitors vying for a new world record.

While normal competition in weightlifting, swimming and track have intense anti-doping policies, Enhanced aimed to see what the athletes could do with the use of PEDs if the athletes wanted to partake.

The event has been colloquially known as “the Olympics with steroids,” but not every athlete chose to use PEDs. Those who did were under strict medical supervision to ensure that they were using the drugs safely.

With the event aimed at seeing whether science could help athletes reach another level, all eyes were on whether competitors would be able to make history. There was even a hefty payday on the table for them, as Enhanced said that any world records set would award the athlete $250,000.

Here is a look at the results and whether anyone set a new world record at the 2026 Enhanced Games.
