One of the most shocking rulings in college sports history came down Monday when a Texas judge granted an injunction for Brendan Sorsby's gambling case. This now makes him eligible for the 2026 season. Andy Staples and Ross Dellenger discuss the national outrage over this ruling and its potential lasting impact. Schools have already started discussing if they will refuse to schedule Texas Tech in the future. The Big 12 is looking at what options it may have to prevent Sorsby from playing for Texas Tech. The NCAA is going to appeal, but that hearing will most likely come too late. The guys look at the various options for a response and the factors that play into each of those. Could this be the beginning of conferences governing themselves?

Plus, they also look at the impact on Brendan Sorsby. The Red Raiders' QB now has a target painted squarely on his back. How will that impact him and how will all of this affect his draft stock for the 2027 NFL Draft? Is there a way it could help him, or is the impact only detrimental?

All of this and more on today's College Football Enquirer.
