Senate confirms Kevin Warsh as next Fed chair

Kevin Warsh was confirmed by the Senate on Wednesday as the next Federal Reserve chair. Warsh will succeed Jerome Powell, whose term ends Friday. CBS News' Caitlin Huey-Burns has more.
