Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates told members of Congress that his ties to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein were a "grave error in judgment." He was the latest witness to appear before the House Oversight Committee, which is investigating the government's handling of the Epstein case. CBS News' Nikole Killion has more.
