First named storm of 2026 Atlantic hurricane season forms, drenching parts of Texas, Louisiana

Tropical Storm Arthur formed on Wednesday off the Gulf Coast of Texas and drenched parts of the state as it strengthened. Arthur also caused flooding in parts of Louisiana. Jason Allen has more.
