Oil prices fall close to pre-war levels, but gas still up by about $1 nationally

As more ships resume passage through the Strait of Hormuz, oil prices are falling to near pre-war levels, but Americans are not seeing the same trend at the gas pump. CBS News contributor Javier David has more.
