Information We Collect
We collect account information such as name, username, email address, phone number, password credentials, login/session information, subscription status, and information you submit through the app or website. We may also collect usage information such as pages viewed, media played, searches, downloads, device/browser information, IP address, diagnostics, and security logs.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide login and registration, deliver video, radio, media, books, articles, Bolts, subscriptions, customer support, security, abuse prevention, analytics, service improvement, and advertising/marketing features including JastormAds.
Subscriptions And Payments
Android subscriptions are handled by Google Play Billing. Google processes payment details according to Google's own policies. JASTORM receives subscription status and related identifiers needed to unlock paid features. If web payments are added later, the selected payment provider will process payment details and JASTORM will store subscription status needed to provide access.
Advertising
JASTORM may display JastormAds and related marketing banners or video/audio advertisements. Advertising features may record impressions, clicks, site placement, and basic device/browser information needed to operate and measure ads.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate hosting, authentication, analytics, subscriptions, payments, email delivery, security, media delivery, advertising, and support. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users, AGUIAR, LLC, JASTORM, JATANIUM, or the public.
Data Retention And Security
We keep information as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You may contact us to request help accessing, correcting, or deleting account information. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, billing, or operational reasons. You can manage Google Play subscriptions through your Google Play account.
Children
JASTORM is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
