Rubio spars with Rep. Lieu over claims of Trump sleeping at meetings, apparent cognitive decline

California Democratic Rep. Ted Lieu grilled State Secretary Marco Rubio about President Trump's health, showing video at a House Foreign Affairs Committee hearing of past meetings in which Mr. Trump appears to be asleep. Lieu also asked Rubio about the president's health after his repeated medical visits.
