Rubio reacts to massive Venezuela earthquakes, says U.S. sending search and rescue aid

Dozens are dead and hundreds are injured following devastating earthquakes in Venezuela. Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke to the press about emergency efforts, saying that the U.S. and other countries would send aid and assist with search-and-rescue operations.
